When you read the Psalms, you’ll notice the wide emotional range.  Some of the lowest points in the Bible are in the Psalms, and some of the highest expressions of joy are in the Psalms.  In that way, the Psalms are reflective of our lives- with the ups and downs we face.

In the Psalms, we learn how to pray in those ups and downs:

-when life is not fair
-when we feel abandoned
-when we are angry
-when we are full of joy

In the Psalms, we learn how to relate to God- how to talk with him in all the moments of life.

This Sunday, we’ll take a look at Psalm 84 and see how to talk with God when we are facing death- either our death or the death of another believer.

“For a day in your courts is better than a thousand elsewhere.”  Psalm 84:10

See you Sunday,

Daniel
